I’ve spent twelve years as a HubSpot partner, and I ran a HubSpot user group long before coding agents existed. Most of that time went into one problem: people re-keying data between tools that should talk to each other.

Now I build the layer that lets coding agents do that work: custom skills, MCPs, plugins and data layers. I run PromptMetrics, which builds them for teams, and Operator Stack, a community for ops leads doing the same. I’m based in Berlin.
